Available visualisations

Available metrics
- Cases Opened
- Cases Closed
- Value metric
Value metric
Value metrics let you report on a currency/number field from your case form (for example “Refund amount”), using an aggregation like:
- Sum
- Average
- Min / Max
- Count
Tip
If you don’t see the field you want, check that it exists on the case type form and is a number/currency field.
