Definitions

The following keywords are mentioned throughout the Help Centre guides:

  • User: refers to an individual user who has a paid subscription seat in the Complyr app

  • Client: the firm paying for all the subscription seats in the Complyr app

  • Public: anyone outside a team (not paying for a seat) who is given secure restricted access to the Complyr app

    Examples could include internal CX/Customer Service teams capturing new complaint details, client customers raising a complaint, and intermediaries (brokers) who have an interest in a case file
  • Team: the group that a User belongs to. A User can belong to more than one Team

  • Case Types: different types of cases being stored in the app for individual teams:

    Example: Vehicle MQ issue, Home and Contents insurance, Worldwide Travel insurance, Credit Card, Current Account
  • Grab Handles: enable a list of items to be rearranged by clicking and dragging

  • Meatball Menu: throughout the Complyr app, options and controls are often found in meatball menus
