Reset your password

If you can’t sign in because you’ve forgotten your password, use the password reset flow.

Step 1 — request a reset code

1. Go to /forgot-password
2. Enter the email address on your account
3. Select Confirm

Complyr will send a 6‑digit reset code to your email.

Step 2 — enter the reset code

1. Enter the 6‑digit reset code
2. Select Submit

Step 3 — set a new password

1. Enter your new password (and confirm it)
2. Select Reset Password
3. Select Sign In to return to /signin
