Search for cases
Use the sidebar search to quickly open a case.
Complyr includes a sidebar case search so you can jump straight to a case.
Open the search panel
- In the sidebar, select Search
- Type at least three characters
Tips for better results
- Make sure you’re on the correct team before searching (search is team-scoped)
- Use distinctive parts of a case reference or key party details if your team uses them in case data
If you can’t search
If you see a message telling you to select a team before searching, switch teams first using the team picker at the top of the sidebar.
