After signing in, the portal home shows information and updates for your case.
What you’ll see
- A case summary card (status, case reference, opened/closed dates)
- A messages area showing updates and notes shared with you
- A files area (for downloading shared files and uploading files if enabled)
- A help card with support contact details (email/phone) for the organisation handling your case
