After signing in, the portal home shows information and updates for your case.

What you’ll see

  • A case summary card (status, case reference, opened/closed dates)
  • A messages area showing updates and notes shared with you
  • A files area (for downloading shared files and uploading files if enabled)
  • A help card with support contact details (email/phone) for the organisation handling your case
