Portal messages and files
Send messages, upload files, and download shared documents.
On the portal home page, parties can view messages and notes shared with them, and exchange messages with the organisation handling the case.
Messages
- Use the message box at the bottom of the Messages panel to send a message.
- You may also see notes that have been shared with you by the case team.
- System updates can appear, such as when files are uploaded or shared/unshared.
Files
- Download available files using the download button on each file.
- Upload a file using Upload File.
Upload rules:
- Max file size: 100 MB
- Only supported file types can be uploaded (for example PDF, common images, and common audio/video formats)
