It's your firm's responsibility to ensure that this contact information is kept up to date. The contact details will be used to send appropriate notifications regarding account billing.
The Subscription summary will show you your current plan, the number of seats being paid for, and when your next payment is due.
- If the number of seats under User Management (Manage Account) doesn't tally with the number of seats being paid for on the subscription summary screen, the discrepancy is probably due to the statutory minimum number of seats on the Subscription Plan. If this isn't the case, please contact us
