Case type workflow
Configure stages and transitions for a case type.
Workflows define how a case moves between statuses, and can control what transitions are available from a given status.
Open the workflow editor
- Switch to the correct team
- Open Team Settings
- Select a case type
- Open the Workflow tab
How workflows affect users
- The Case status dropdown on a case may only show valid next statuses (based on the workflow)
- Some actions may stay Pending until the case reaches (or avoids) specific statuses
