Create and manage teams (used to scope cases and configuration).
Teams (sometimes referred to as “divisions” internally) are how Complyr scopes data.
Create/manage teams (account admin)
- Open Manage Account
- Find Teams
- Add or manage teams as needed
Why teams matter
Each team can have its own:
- Case types, forms, workflows, statuses, flags
- Reports and analytics
- Public intake links and portal support details
