Teams

Create and manage teams (used to scope cases and configuration).

Teams (sometimes referred to as “divisions” internally) are how Complyr scopes data.

Create/manage teams (account admin)

  1. Open Manage Account
  2. Find Teams
  3. Add or manage teams as needed

Why teams matter

Each team can have its own:

  • Case types, forms, workflows, statuses, flags
  • Reports and analytics
  • Public intake links and portal support details
