Team admin

Manage team configuration like case types and workflows.

Team admin screens are used to configure how a team works day-to-day in Complyr. In the sidebar this area is called Team Settings.

This typically includes:

  • Case types
  • Forms and workflows
  • Team-level settings

It can also include:

  • Data sets (option lists for autocomplete fields)
  • Case list column ordering
  • Public case intake links
  • Portal support details (email/phone shown to portal users)
