Team admin
Manage team configuration like case types and workflows.
Team admin screens are used to configure how a team works day-to-day in Complyr. In the sidebar this area is called Team Settings.
This typically includes:
- Case types
- Forms and workflows
- Team-level settings
It can also include:
- Data sets (option lists for autocomplete fields)
- Case list column ordering
- Public case intake links
- Portal support details (email/phone shown to portal users)
