Configure case type forms, settings, and workflows.
Case types control what fields are collected and how work flows through the system.

- Switch to the correct team
- Open Team Settings
- In Case Types, pick a case type to configure
Case type configuration tabs
When you open a case type, you’ll see three areas:
- Form Definition: design the case form (sections/fields)
- Workflow: design the workflow that drives status transitions and automated steps
- Settings: statuses, flags, file types, case list custom column mapping, and portal access defaults
