Metrics

Metrics are the basic building block of analytics reports. The metric you choose defines which type of underlying data you are reporting on. The options available in Complyr reports are:

Report metrics

  1. Actions Assigned - The count of how many actions were assigned in the selected time period

  2. Actions Closed - The count of how many actions were closed in the selected time period

  3. Cases Closed - The count of how many cases were closed in the selected time period

  4. Cases Opened - The count of how many cases were opened in the selected time period

  5. Value metric - The average, count, minimum, maximum or sum of a currency or number field from your case form

Once you have selected your metric you can then use filters and breakdowns to refine your results and visualise them as you wish.
