Assign a case to a team member

Change the case assignee and optionally reassign existing actions.

Cases can be assigned to a person in the team.

Assign a case

  1. Open the case
  2. In the sidebar, open Assigned To
  3. Select a team member

Reassigning actions when you change assignee

If the case has actions assigned to the current assignee, Complyr may prompt you to reassign those actions to the new assignee.

  • Select Reassign to move all currently assigned actions to the new assignee
  • Select Skip to keep existing action owners unchanged
