Assign a case to a team member
Change the case assignee and optionally reassign existing actions.
Cases can be assigned to a person in the team.
Assign a case
- Open the case
- In the sidebar, open Assigned To
- Select a team member
Reassigning actions when you change assignee
If the case has actions assigned to the current assignee, Complyr may prompt you to reassign those actions to the new assignee.
- Select Reassign to move all currently assigned actions to the new assignee
- Select Skip to keep existing action owners unchanged
