Use case flags

Add or remove flags to highlight important cases.

Flags are optional labels (with colours) that teams can configure per case type.

Add or remove flags

  1. Open the case
  2. In the sidebar, find Flags
  3. Select Edit
  4. Choose the flags you want to apply
No flags shown?

If you don’t see a Flags card on the case, your case type might not have any flags configured.
