Create a case

Start a new case from the Cases area.

You can create a case from Dashboard or My Cases.

Create a case

  1. Open Dashboard or My Cases
  2. Select Add New Case
  3. Choose a Case Type
  4. Complete the case form and save

Notes on case types

  • If there is only one case type, Complyr will open the new case screen automatically.
  • If you don’t see any case types, a team admin needs to configure at least one case type in Team Settings.
Tip

If you create cases from Dashboard, the case list defaults to All cases. In My Cases you can switch between Only my cases and All cases.
