Send messages to parties
Compose a message, choose a party, and manage unread inbound messages.
The Messages tab provides portal-style messaging with parties.
Send a message
- Open the case and go to the Messages tab
- Type your message in Send a Message
- Select Select Party
- Choose the party to send to
- Select Send
No parties?
You can’t send messages until at least one party has been added to the case.
Mark inbound messages as read
Inbound messages can be marked read individually from the message list. Unread inbound messages also show a counter on the Messages tab.
