Case list: Your Cases vs All Cases

Filter the case list to focus on cases you own, or browse everything in the team.

Complyr provides a case list on Dashboard and My Cases.

Switch the scope

Use the scope dropdown in the top-right of the case list:

  • All cases: shows all cases in the selected team
  • Only my cases: shows cases assigned to you

Open a case from the list

Select any row to open that case.

What columns mean

The columns shown in the list are configured by admins:

  • Standard columns like Status, Assignee, Type, Case Ref., and Age may be available
  • Teams can add custom columns that pull values from the case form
