Add and manage parties on a case

Add individuals/companies and keep contact details up to date.

Parties are the people or organisations linked to a case. They also enable messaging and sharing.

Add a party

  1. Open a case and go to the Parties tab
  2. Select Add Party
  3. Choose a Type:
    • Individual
    • Company
  4. Enter the party details (name/company, email, phone, address)
  5. Select Add Party

Edit a party

  1. In the Parties tab, select Edit Party on the party card
  2. Update details and save

Invite a party to the portal (share code)

If portal access is enabled for your plan and case type, you’ll see Get Share Code on a party card (requires the party to have an email address).

Filter parties

Use the party filter dropdown to show:

  • All parties
  • Companies only
  • Individuals only
